Carla's professional path crosses disciplines, countries and ways of thinking. Her background includes law, international business, organizational development, entrepreneurship, robotics, hospitality, human development and venture building.
She has lived and worked across Brazil, Norway and the United States, with additional international study and experience in China.
That multidisciplinary path shaped the way she sees organizations — people, business, space, culture, structure, story. From Studio emerged from this way of seeing.
